Middletown Springs, Vermont

This historic district includes 65 residences and six public buildings. The eight farms here in Middletown Springs are a major part of this rural residential community. As in most of Vermont’s small rural towns, this one has a growing number of home-based businesses, but in large part this is a community of commuters. The Poultney River runs strong beside charming neighborhoods 14 miles from Rutland.
