Hancock, Vermont

As part of the Green Mountain National Forest, Hancock is best recognized for its hiking trails. Named for John Hancock, the Revolutionary Boston patriot, and was first settled in 1778. Not much has changed in this area of Vermont. Purity and tranquility at its best can be found in Hancock.
